Salvatore Cipriano is Assistant Director of Career Education and Pre-Law Advising at Boston College, his alma mater. His research focuses on the history of universities, religion, and politics in early modern Britain, Ireland, and New England, and his work has been published in Scottish Historical Review. Currently, he is at work on a monograph that explores the impact of the mid-seventeenth century British Civil Wars on higher education in Scotland and Ireland. Sal earned his Ph.D. in early modern European history from Fordham University in 2018.
